Our Story

PCP Claim Finder was founded to help everyday motorists check whether their PCP, HP, or conditional sale car finance may have been mis-sold through undisclosed commission. On 1 August 2025 the Supreme Court ruled largely in lenders’ favour but upheld a narrower “unfair relationship” basis, and the FCA went on to confirm an industry-wide redress scheme (PS26/3, March 2026) — now the main route to any compensation. Not all agreements were mis-sold, and any payout depends on a case-by-case assessment.

We recognised that navigating the claims process alone can be confusing, time-consuming, and overwhelming. That is why we built a service that takes the complexity out of claiming.
